Configuring Salesforce for the public sector is often the lynchpin in realising the value these digital transformations bring, but getting to the right solution can be a challenge. On our public sector engagements, we typically operate a MoSCoW prioritisation model for requirements and run a hybrid delivery method that breaks our work packages down into agile sprints. This makes project implementation easy for the client to understand and builds confidence in the solution prior to testing.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Once we get to change management our clients already have confidence in the solution because of the way we’ve implemented the project. Training is critical both for admins and end users, and we will work alongside the team to make sure adoption is high.
